Paul Le Roux – ex-CA, Paul, has made an easy transition into hospitality. Father to Matt & Liam, Paul lives in Noordhoek with his wife Bern.Bern is the author of award-winning cookbook Prickly Pears & Pomegranates and oversees the menu and food side of things. When not at café Roux, you will find Paul surfing, SUPing or enjoying the wonderful lifestyle that Noordhoek offers.

Lindi Green – Paul’s sister Lindi, lives in Noordhoek, with her husband Dan Green (of the band Me & Mr Brown) and their son Charlie. Their extended family is made up of 3 dogs, a horse and a pig. At café Roux, Lindi gets to indulge in all her greatest passions – food, music and wine.

Chantal Browne – Chantal has been working at the Farm Village since 1997, starting as a waitress and working her way up to manager of café Roux. She is married to Tony Browne (the other half of band Me & Mr Browne) and is awaiting the birth of their first child in October. Highly efficient and fiercely loyal, Chantal is a wonderful asset to café Roux.

Deo Rwagasore – Deo started at as a waiter when café Roux opened in 2006 and is now a manager. He lives in Masi with his wife Margaret and their daughter Mosa. Lover of rugby and passionate about people, Deo’s warm manner and positive nature makes an impression on everyone he meets.
